A week and a half after Holy Family Memorial surpassed the 10,000 vaccine milestone, the Manitowoc County Health Department has done the same.
The County administered the dose during their vaccine clinic yesterday (April 6th), and accounts for just under a quarter of the 42,365 vaccines that have been administered in the entire County.
Stephanie Lambert, the County Health Officer, called the milestone a result of the “all hands on deck mentality” that her workers have.
She also thanked the County Emergency Services, Public Works, and Personnel Departments, as well as the ADRC, the City of Manitowoc, and “other community partners and volunteers.”
