It was a scary situation at the Sunny Ridge Nursing Home in Sheboygan over the weekend, as the building caught fire.
According to the Sheboygan Fire Department, crews were sent to the assisted living facility in the 3000 block Erie Ave. just after 4:00 PM.
Crews made their way to the room where it originated, and thankfully the sprinkler system had kept it contained to that room.
All residents were evacuated, and no one was injured in the incident.
The fire department is still looking into what caused the fire at last word, but we do know it caused an estimated $60,000 in damage.
