Dog owners on Manitowoc’s southside are able to take their canines to Halvorsen Park again.
According to Sandy Ronski of the City’s Transit, Cemetery, and Parks Division, the dog park area was reopened as of yesterday (April 6th).
It had been closed since March 19th to help protect the turf and prevent longer closures at Halvorsen Park during the year.
