Major League Baseball has informed its teams there will be 20 rounds in the 2021 Draft starting July 11th, running through the 13th.
Since 2012, the draft has last 40 rounds, but the coronavirus pandemic cut it to five last year.
The Milwaukee Brewers will have the 10th-highest bonus pool amount in the majors with a little over $10-million.
Pittsburgh has the most at $14.3 million and the Houston Astros, still dealing with penalties from the sign-stealing scandal, have the smallest pool amount at just under $3 million.
