A Green Bay man was taken into custody yesterday afternoon (April 5th) after he allegedly stabbed another man in a road rage incident on Sunday.
Police reports indicate that 43-year-old Joseph Olvera was pumping gas at the Marathon gas station on East Walnut Street just after 5:00 PM on Sunday, and when he went to leave was reportedly cut off by another driver.
Olvera then chased after the vehicle but picked the wrong one.
The two men exited their vehicles and began arguing when Olvera stabbed the 25-year-old victim.
The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he died early Monday morning.
Olvera has been charged and is currently in the Brown County Jail.
