Green Bay’s Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) has received Global Biorisk Advisory Council’s (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation, the gold standard for facilities.
The accreditation validates that GRB has implemented and follows the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention in its facilities.
GRB is the first airport in Wisconsin to earn GBAC STAR™ accreditation.
To achieve GBAC STAR™ accreditation, GRB demonstrated compliance with the program’s 20 core elements, which range from standard operating procedures and risk assessment strategies to personal protective equipment and emergency preparedness and response measures.
