A 30-year-old Seymour man was arrested near De Pere after he was determined to be under the influence and crashed his vehicle.
A State Trooper found the crashed vehicle on 1-41 Southbound in the lanes of traffic and saw the vehicle was unoccupied, with a pair of shoes located outside the vehicle.
The driver, later identified as Eric Shemenkowski was located, and showed signs of impairment. A field sobriety test was administered, and a blood draw was completed at a nearby hospital.
Shemenkowski was then booked into the Brown County Jail on his 4th OWI charge, Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, Unsafe Lane Deviation, Operating Without a License, Failure to Report an Accident, and Hit and Run Adjacent to a Highway.
