
A Manitowoc man involved in a rollover crash near Whitelaw is facing charges including his 4th OWI.
A Stater Patrol Trooper responded to the single-vehicle crash on County Road JJ in Whitelaw and found that the driver, 65-year-old Wayne Martin was intoxicated.
Martin admitted to drinking before getting behind the wheel, and he was taken to Holy Family Memorial Hospital to be treated for injuries sustained in the crash.
While there, a blood draw was performed as well.
Wayne was then charged with his 4th OWI, Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, Operating After Revocation Criminal, Failure to Fasten Seatbelt, and Failure to Control Vehicle.
