The Brown County Public Works Department is conducting a public information meeting for the future reconstruction of County M from Belmont Road to US 41.
The meeting will be in an open house format and is scheduled for April 7th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place at the brand new Resch Expo, located across the road from Lambeau Field, and directly next to the Resch Center.
The proposed improvements include widening the roadway to four lanes (2 in each direction), converting it to an urban section with curb and gutter and storm sewer, additional pedestrian and bicycle facilities, and improved intersections and railroad crossings.
County M will be constructed in two stages in the 2024 and 2025 construction seasons.
