The Manitowoc Police Department is looking into a dog biting incident that occurred in the upper Schuette Park parking lot.
According to Captain Jeremy Kronforst, the incident occurred back on March 13th, with the victim claiming a black Chihuahua ran up to them, bit them, and disappeared into the woods.
No owner was seen in the area, but the canine was noted as wearing a collar with tags on it.
