The Manitowoc County Compost Sites are preparing to switch over to their new hours of operation soon.
Starting April 1st, the site located on Basswood Road in Manitowoc will be open from 7:00 to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 to 6:00 PM on Saturday.
The Woodland Drive location meanwhile will be open from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 until 6:00 PM on Saturday.
Also, starting on April 3rd, the Recycling Center Main Office will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 4:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to noon.
People wishing to purchase compost products or to recycle electronics must visit the office during those hours.
Both Compost Sites and the Main Office are closed on Sundays and holidays.
