Milk producers that are eligible and interested in running for a Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (DFW) director seat have until March 30th to submit a nomination form to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP).
To qualify, a nominee must be an active dairy producer who lives in a district up for election and sells milk into commercial channels.
Two local districts are up for election, namely District 11, which includes Outagamie and Winnebago Counties, and District 17, which includes Manitowoc and Calumet Counties.
