A woman who was first arrested in Brown County in 2019 has finally made her first court appearance.
38-year-old Lisa Kraszewski was arrested in the Town of Eaton after one cow, two goats, and four sheep were found dead and frozen on her property, with other dead animals buried under the snow.
The Humane Society took custody of over 30 dogs, and her two children reportedly smelled like dog waste.
Krazewski is facing 20 charges and was ordered to have a competency exam administered. She failed to show up for that appointment, along with multiple court dates, so a warrant was issued.
Her bail was set at $5,000 cash, and an April 12th hearing was scheduled.
