Nearly 200 charges have been filed against a 46-year-old man who is being called a “sick pervert” by Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling.
Shane Stanger is accused of assaulting one victim while she was unconscious.
She says she found videos of her being sexually assaulted online, and told investigators she didn’t remember the assault and believes she was drugged.
The sheriff says Stanger “needs to be held accountable for what he’s been doing.”
He says the victims ranged in age from 10-to-40.
Stanger traveled between Wisconsin and Iowa and most of the victims knew him.
More charges are expected from Iowa over the assaults.
