The Rock County Medical Examiner has confirmed the body found in a lake last week is the missing hiker from Milton.
66-year-old Kevin J. Doyle was last seen walking his dogs last Wednesday. The bodies of the dogs were found in the lake the following day.
The medical examiner says a preliminary investigation hasn’t determined an official cause of death yet.
Doyle’s body was found when the Rock County Sheriff’s Office drone team noticed something unusual in the lake on a video feed and dispatched a recreational safety deputy to the location.
