The Spring Election has officially begun. Voters can now cast their in-person absentee ballots through Friday, April 2nd.
In Manitowoc, there is a multitude of items on the ballot, including a race to determine who will hold the Mayoral seat.
Incumbent Justin Nickels is being challenged by Chris Able for that seat, while voters in Districts 1, 2, 3, 7, and 10 will decide who will represent them on the City Council.
The Manitowoc Public School District also has a referendum on the ballot, and several people are looking to serve on the Board of Education.
Early voting can be done at the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall from 7:30 to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
