A Manitowoc man found passed out in a Kwik Trip bathroom was arrested over the weekend.
Officers were dispatched to the Kwik Trip located at 1137 South 10th Street in Manitowoc just after 7:00 PM on Sunday (March 21st) on a report of a man passed out in the bathroom.
When the officers and EMS arrived, the man was standing and denied ever being passed out. The Kwik Trip employee however said the 35-year-old man had been in the bathroom for about an hour, and when he opened the door with the master key, the man was on the floor, and the lights had turned off.
The man was searched and was found to be in possession of Heroin, Meth, and items of drug paraphernalia.
He was arrested on two counts of Possession of a Schedule I or II Narcotic, one count each of Possession of Methamphetamine, and Drug Paraphernalia, and was placed on a Probation Hold.
