
The Baylor Bears defense was too much for Wisconsin inside Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis Sunday.
The Bears disrupted the Badgers’ offense while claiming a 76-63 decision and ending the season for coach Greg Gard’s team.
Wisconsin turned the ball over 14 times, leading to 16 Baylor points.
The Badgers trailed by as much as 18 but pulled to within seven three times, however, Baylor answered each time.
D’Mitrik Trice scored a dozen points to lead the Badgers, while Nate Reuvers had 11 and Micah Potter scored 10 to go with a team-leading 10 rebounds.
Wisconsin finishes its season with an 18-and-13 record.
