A Sheboygan man facing charges in an overdose death from 2020 has entered a no-contest plea.
23-year-old Mason Bilbrey was in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on Tuesday, where he entered the plea on charges including 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, Manufacturing or Delivering Narcotics, and 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.
The victim was found in a Home on Broadway Street in Sheboygan Falls, and an autopsy determined that the 21-year-old man had cocaine and fentanyl in his system.
Bilbrey was determined to have been the dealer that supplied the victim with the drugs.
Bilbrey could be sentenced to up to 40-years behind bars during his sentencing hearing on April 26TH.
