When Cudahy Police Officer Bianca Baez shot a drunk woman last Saturday, it happened just seconds after that suspect had narrowly missing shooting Baez in the head.
Cudahy police were responding to a trouble call from witnesses who said a woman was drunk and had fired a shot into the air.
Baez says Brandi Bacon was just four feet away from her when she fired at the officer, but missed.
Baez shot Bacon in the stomach.
Bacon now faces two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide because she also fired a previous shot at another officer.
Milwaukee police are investigating the gunfight.
