The man who was driving the car that killed another man in Green Bay last year will stand trial.
63-year-old John Parnon was reportedly driving his vehicle near the Austin Straubel Airport in Green Bay on October 5th, when he struck Eliot Cooper and fled the scene.
Cooper died from his injuries.
After confronted with surveillance footage, Parnon admitted he was driving, and was arrested on a charge of Hit and Run Resulting in Death.
Parnon will be back in court on April 23rd for an arraignment hearing.
