Two Manitowoc County residents facing multiple drug charges are free on $2500 recognizance bonds.
30-year-old Stephanie M. Blanchette of Two Rivers and 39-year-old Jonathan D. Neeb of Valders had bail set in their cases last Friday by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa.
A Manitowoc Police Officer was on patrol during the early morning hours of March 12th when he noticed a Vehicle that had appeared to have an illegal amount of tint on the windows.
A routine traffic stop followed and upon contact, the officer recognized that Blanchette was a known drug user.
K-9 Neko indicated a positive hit for drugs, so a search of the vehicle was performed with Blanchette and Neeb being taken into custody without incident.
Conditions of bail for both defendants are that they are to maintain absolute sobriety and appear at the Manitowoc Police Department for photos and prints.
Initial appearances are scheduled for April 5th at 1:30 p.m.
