A 29-year-old man in Green Bay is accused of shooting two family members to death last September, then stabbing a responding police officer in the face.
Oscar Lemus-Franco pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect during a Friday appearance in Brown County Circuit Court.
Investigators say he shot Gerson Alvarez-Franco and Jaime Lemus to death inside a Green Bay home.
Lemus-Franco is being held in the Brown County Jail on a $1 million cash bond.
