Former Brown County Clerk Sandy Juno spoke out yesterday (March 10th) while in front of the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, claiming Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich used what she termed “democratic operatives” during the 2020 elections.
Juno called the city a mess and claimed that Genrich used these “operatives” to help influence the presidential election.
Several Republican legislators, including Green Bay’s representative in the Senate Eric Wimberger, have called on Genrich to resign.
The Mayor claims that they have not violated any laws and that these accusations are “without merit.”
Many citizens have voiced their speculation over the legitimacy of the election, siting a sudden spike in votes for President Biden late in the evening hours. Those operating voting stations say those votes were all mail-in ballots, that couldn’t be counted in advance.
