A man accused of sexually assaulting a young girl is due in court on Monday (March 15th).
The victim, a 13-year-old Sheboygan girl, told police that she was sleeping in her Pershing Avenue home last June when Wayne Roeker came home after a night of drinking.
He reportedly entered her room, climbed on top of her, and proceeded to sexually assault her.
Roeker’s court appearance on Monday is scheduled to be the start of his jury trial, and he faces up to 60 years in prison if convicted.
