The Wisconsin State Patrol reports a rollover crash Tuesday afternoon in Columbia County has left one person dead and eight injured.
Troopers called multiple air ambulances to the location along a stretch of interstate highway near Poynette.
Reports indicate an S-U-V with nine people inside was traveling northbound when it went out of control and rolled several times before landing in a ditch.
Troopers say several passengers were ejected from the vehicle, including children who had been unrestrained.
The fatality victim died before he could be taken to a hospital.
