A Green Bay man who allegedly crashed a truck into a utility pole on the east side of Green Bay back in January has pleaded not guilty.
74-year-old Wallace Bowers remains in the Brown County Jail after his request to reduce his $30,000 cash bond was denied.
This case is the 18th time Bowers has been charged with OWI dating back to 1988. In fact, he was arrested 4 times in 1993 for OWI, 3 times in 1994, and twice in 2000.
Bowers is due back in court on May 5th.
