The City of Manitowoc is calling on its citizens to participate in a housing survey.
City Council President Erik Sitkiewitz said that they are looking at the local housing market, and how it functions. “We need your help to get a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities that you experience here in Manitowoc,” he told Seehafer News. The Council President went on to explain that the questions range from the simple, such as “How far do you travel for work?”, but some are a bit more complex such as, “If you do move in the future, what kind of structures appeal to you?”
As for what the information collected will be used for, Sitkiewitz explained that it will “help drive future decisions when the City is assisting in future housing development.”
