After months of delays, and logistical issues, the newest addition to the Manitowoc micro-brew lineup is opening its doors today (March 5th).
Sabbatical Brewing, located in the former Oriental Milling building on S. 29th Street, will begin serving up their personally cultivated beer lineup at noon.
The husband and wife duo of Will and Cassie Schneider first bought their own homebrew system in 2017, and since then have come up with a variety of different beer and hard cider recipes that will be on tap in the beautifully renovated former grain mill.
The brewing operations are even on display through a glass window behind the bar.
