Charges have been filed against a Manitowoc man who reportedly slashed the tires on a car.
Officers were dispatched to Chrysler Town and Country car dealership just after 1:00 Monday afternoon (March 1st). The caller told police that he was in the process of purchasing the vehicle from a woman and that the vehicle was parked in the parking lot at 204 North 8th Street.
A man was spotted on surveillance footage slashing the two left-side tires, but he has not been arrested as of yet.
Charges of Criminal Damage to Property and Felony Bail Jumping have been filed against the 40-year-old suspect.
