A 24-Year-old Manitowoc man is free on $500 cash bail after allegedly threatening to kill an MPD Officer’s family. Cainn J. Senn is charged with Threatening Law Enforcement, Resisting an Officer, and Two Counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
Police received a call from a woman late last night (Thursday) after arriving home to find Senn, who had two felony warrants out for his arrest, passed out in her kitchen when he was to be watching her children. After waking up he admitted to authorities that he was drunk and as officers took him outside he began to resist and curse —allegedly telling one of them “I will kill you and your mom.”
Senn was eventually subdued and taken into custody without further incident. Conditions of Bail are that Senn has no “unsupervised contact” with the parties involved and maintains absolute sobriety”.
His initial court appearance is scheduled for March 15th at 1:30 p.m.
