Motorists are continuing to pay more at the pump in Eastern Wisconsin.
According to the AAA Fuel Gauge Report, Manitowoc and Outagamie Counties each reported an average price per gallon of fuel spike of 3 cents up to $2.59 and $2.53 respectively.
Outagamie County actually has the lowest fuel cost in the area.
Meanwhile, Sheboygan and Calumet Counties each reported an increase of 8 cents up to $2.60.
Brown County’s average price rose by 9 cents to $2.59, while Kewaunee County reported the largest spike, 12 cents, and an average price of $2.62.
Door County may have only seen an increase of 5 cents, but they remain the most expensive area to buy gas, averaging $2.65 per gallon.
This trend was the norm throughout Wisconsin, as the average price rose 6 cents to $2.62, but remains below the national average of $2.74.
