An unlicensed daycare operator in Oconto County has entered a no-contest plea to three counts of child neglect.
37-year-old Nicole Brewer is scheduled for sentencing May 11th.
She was taken into custody after an investigation revealed children had suffered injuries at Ryan’s Rascals in the Town of Chase.
Authorities say a 12-week-old boy suffered a broken arm, another boy had a gash over one eye and a 15-month-old girl was diagnosed with a closed head injury.
Another parent said her son didn’t even want to drive near the daycare operation because of the way he was treated there.
