A 27-year-old Green Bay man is facing charges after allegedly having sex with a minor while she was under duress.
Roberto Carlos Varela has been charged with Child Sex Exploitation and Possession of Child Pornography.
An investigation into the situation began on November 27th of last year, after a woman reported to police that she had sent over 100 videos and pictures of her performing sexual acts, which started when she was 16.
She told authorities that some men came to her home and threatened to rape her unless she continued to send the sexual content.
One man reportedly told her that he could get her a job if she had sex with Varela, which she did, as he videotaped the act. She was 16 at the time.
Varela was arrested in the case during a traffic stop on February 25th.
