For the first time since early last year, the Wisconsin Maritime Museum in Manitowoc will be re-opening its doors later this month.
The local museum, which celebrates the nautical history of Manitowoc and the state of Wisconsin, will be re-opening its doors to the public on Friday, March 26th. Their hours of operation will be Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Tours of the U.S.S. Cobia will be offered, but masks will be required, as they will be in the museum itself as well.
When they re-open, they will also have a temporary exhibit on display. Entitled “Ironboat”. The Christopher Winter exhibit features stunning photographs of lake freighters.
