The defense will offer its closing arguments at 8:30 this morning (February 26th) in the Green Bay murder trial for 75-year-old James Prokopovitz.
Prosecutors wrapped up their case Thursday and the defense didn’t call any witnesses.
Prokopovitz is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the disappearance of his wife almost eight years ago.
The trial is expected to go to the Brown County jury today.
Victoria Prokopovitz went missing from the couple’s home in a rural area in the Town of Pittsfield April 25th, 2013.
