Two Kenosha residents have been charged with looting businesses during the protests last August following the shooting of Jacob Blake.
Investigators say 25-year-old Antoine Simpson and 23-year-old Rhyanon McNab were identified from images shared by police off video surveillance.
Simpson and McNab have a preliminary hearing scheduled for Friday.
Looters broke in the door at Uptown Beauty Supply August 24th, stealing merchandise, doing damage, and getting away with about $5,000 in cash.
