A Sheboygan business has been awarded a grant from the State’s Department of Workforce Development.
Rockline Industries, which specializes in wet wipes and coffee filters, was given just shy of $330,000 to go toward training more people on using state-of-the-art equipment.
Rockline has been very busy supplying disinfecting wipes during the pandemic and is planning on training 50 unemployed trainees and 92 incumbent trainees to operate the new equipment.
In total, the DWD issued $1.65 million in Fast Forward grants to 13 different organizations around the state.
