All the Wisconsin women’s hockey team needs to clinch a fourth W-C-H-A title in the last five seasons is a win in regulation or overtime or a shootout victory against Minnesota-Duluth.
The Badgers are on the road for a pair of games against the Bulldogs Friday and Saturday.
Wisconsin has a record of 11-2-1 in this shortened season, but Minnesota-Duluth will be a stout opponent. They are ranked seventh in the last poll that is topped by the Badgers.
The W-C-H-A Final Faceoff is next, followed by the N-C-A-A tournament.
