Wisconsin is one of several battleground states where Republican lawmakers have introduced bills making it harder to vote absentee.
Opponents say the legislative packages are a form of voter suppression.
The movement comes after former President Trump claimed widespread voter fraud following his narrow, 20-thousand-vote loss to President Joe Biden in Wisconsin.
Democratic Governor Tony Evers is likely to veto the bills.
Republicans would be expected to try again if a member of that party is elected governor in 2022.
