Seven former Milwaukee Police Department employees say they are fired for no apparent reason on February 22nd, 2019.
They say that’s why they are suing former police chief Alfonso Morales. The group filed suit in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin Friday. They say their employment was terminated in a way that gave them no chance to respond, no recourse – and denied them due process.
Jeffery Hadrian, Thomas Flock, Effrain Herrera, Richard Lesniewski, Hattie Nichols, Sandra Poniewaz, and Jeffrey Watts had joined the MPD after retiring from the police force.
