A Manitowoc man accused of threatening to kill his former co-workers has pleaded not guilty.
33-year-old Nathanial Smith reportedly shared multiple videos and written posts on social media threatening workers at Manitowoc Grey Iron Foundry, from which he had been recently fired, in October of last year.
The comments made included things like, “No one will survive”, “I will kill everyone”, and “This time, you pay with your lives”. Smith claimed to be venting, and that he wasn’t planning on actually doing anything.
He has been charged with Making a Terrorist Threat, Disorderly Conduct, and Failure to Comply with an Officer as a Person in Custody.
