The possibilities for the next N-F-L home team of future Hall of Fame defender J-J Watt has been narrowed down to two – Green Bay and Pittsburgh.
E-S-P-N reports Tampa Bay and Cleveland are still in the running, but the Packers are the favorite.
Watt wants to play for a winner and a team that has a chance at the Super Bowl. After two straight 13-win seasons, that seems to describe the Packers pretty well. They also play in his home state.
The Pittsburgh Steelers have bigger cap space problems than Green Bay.
Even though Watt would like to join his brothers, Derek and T-J, he’s from Oconomowoc and played his college football at Wisconsin – and that may be enough.
