The Two Rivers City Council is continuing to make progress on the Tax Incremental District 12 project.
City Manager Greg Buckley told Seehafer News that the Council had a very productive meeting on Monday, where they looked at an amendment to that TID. Buckley was able to confirm that the COuncil approved the amendment which amends “the boundaries and project plan for Tax Incremental District #12.”
The amendment expands the District south, and it now includes the former M&M Launch site.
Even though things are moving long, Buckley said they are “Still not able to announce what will be happening on that site. Obviously, we won’t have a development agreement for the site until we can disclose what kind of development it is, and who the developer is.”
