A 32-year-old Sheboygan County man has been sentenced after pleading no contest in a 2019 weapons possession case.
Justin Naibert was before Judge Robert Dewane, who sentenced him to two years’ probation.
Naibert had attempted to break into his girlfriend’s grandmothers’ home in June of 2019, but the woman called the police, and he was arrested. Naibert was charged with possession of an electric weapon, to which he pleaded no contest.
Naibert was sentenced for four other cases as well. The other charges he was facing for the separate incidents include Forgery, Failure to Comply with an Officer as a Person in Custody, Obstructing an Officer, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and Battery as Party to the Crime among others.
In total, Naibert was sentenced to 200 days in the Manitowoc County Jail, and six and a half years on probation.
