A 41-year-old Manitowoc man is free on $250 recognizance bond on several charges from two separate incidents Tuesday.
Manitowoc Police arrested Keith L Rusch about 6:45 a.m. at a residence in the 700 block of North Seventh Street after he allegedly attacked another individual in the house with a lamp post. Then early Tuesday evening officers returned to that same location after Rusch returned despite having a “no contact” order with the victim.
He’s charged with Battery with a Domestic Violence Order and Violating a 72-hour Domestic Violence Abuse Order. Conditions of Bail are that Rusch have “no contact” with the victim or her
Residence and he’s due back in court for an initial appearance March 11th at 10:30 a.m.
