Manitowoc County Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa set bail at $800 cash for 41-year-old Kasey McCredie facing charges of Stalking- Violating a harassment Injunction, Two Counts of Disorderly Conduct (one with a Domestic Violence Enhancer), and Felony Bail Jumping.
Manitowoc Police were dispatched to Maritime Ford over the weekend on a report that McCredie was in the parking lot despite a Court Order stating that he was not allowed within 500 feet of the business following a similar incident that occurred three weeks prior.
The victim said she was with a customer in her office when McCredie barged in demanding to know where their child was. He was taken into custody without further incident. Conditions of Bail are that McCredie have “no contact” with the victim, her residence, place of employment, or anyplace she occupies and appear at MPD for photos and prints upon release.
He remains in the County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for February 22nd at 1:30.
