The mother and brother of the teen accused in a deadly shooting at the Fox River Mall are now in custody.
Grand Chute police say officers arrested Shirina Willis and Ralph Ellis Tuesday in Oshkosh. Seventeen-year-old Dezman Ellis is charged with first-degree homicide in the January 31st shooting death of shot 19-year-old Jovanni Frausto of Neenah.
He also faces a first-degree recklessly endangering safety charge. His mother and brother are accused of harboring and aiding a felon.
Willis was arrested last Thursday in Iowa and extradited back to Outagamie County.
