Federal investigators accuse a 37-year-old Columbus woman of trying to hire a hitman and promising to pay him with bitcoin.
Kelly Harper was taken into custody last Friday. She’s being held in the Dane County Jail and an initial appearance in U-S District Court in Madison is scheduled for today (Tuesday).
