
Bail has been set at $1.5 million for a teen accused of killing a man at the Fox River Mall and going on the run.
17-year-old Dezman Ellis is facing charges of First-Degree Intentional Homicide and First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety after he allegedly shot and killed 19-year-old Jovanni Frausto on January 31st after an argument over a girl.
A manhunt ensued, and Ellis was found in Des Moines Iowa on February 4th, and booked into the Outagamie County Jail.
Ellis was also ordered to have no contact with the alleged victims or witnesses, nor possess any dangerous weapons. He must maintain absolute sobriety, and if he is released from jail, cannot leave the state of Wisconsin.
